This custom designed sales kit could be mailed in a 9" x 12" envelope or handed out to customers. The left side pocket contained home fitting software for the consumer to use with their medical device, a demonstration disc, and various sales information.

The sales info and messaging was provided on staggered sheets that were tucked into a pocket beneath the discs. The right side of the folder contained a letter from the president. On the bottom right were die-cut slots for holding a business card.
